I was wondering if Daphne and DVD2Daph supports Dragons lair 2 from the 20th anniversary DVD. If they do, how is the performance??? If not do any other 2Daph applications work. I have been dying to play this game forever. Any help is greatly appreciated! I know a year ago when I transferred DL and SA to Daph there was no support either in DVD2Daph or Daphne. Thanks again.
By the way my first Cab is almost done, putting the finishing touches on it. Cant seem to get peale's cap trick to work in powering up my tower. But that is another question for another day.

Ok, its been awhile since I did this and I can't recall whether it was Convid2daph or DVD2Daph I used but I do know it was not that hard to rip the video for DL2 using some utility or other.
Unfortunately, though video quality was good, I did not find the game playable at all whether using the CVS version of Daphne or using the Digital Leisure DVD Video discs. The real game was tough but this was ridiculous and seems to me after you get to the scene with the spider about 3 scenes into the game there simply is no right move.
You may want to peruse the Daphne boards and see if progress has been made I'm guessing my experiment was about a year ago and at the time it did not seem to be something anyone was actively trying to fix so good luck.

May be a several days late to help you, but I used DVD2Daph to create my file for DL from the 20th anniversary DVD rom...no problems whatsoever...works great as far as I can tell! DVD2Daph leads you through the process very nicely (at least the latest versions do).

Maybe the versions of CONVVID2DAPH and using the DVD Video was what worked for me, but I had no issues ripping/playing DL2.
This does not go for everyone though.
