I rewired the video signal cable on my qbert cause it was full of shorts, but now if that harness touches anything in that cabinet of even my hands, the speaker will make popping noises and the knocker will hit on and off...Help...What do I do Know???

Doesn't sound like it is.  When that harness touches something it's completing a circuit that shouldn't be completed.

It's going to be a pain, but you might have to trace every wire and makre sure they are correct.
