Hmmm, I'm beginning to suspect that one of the M's in the M.A.M.E. acronym actually stands for mahjong!!

Dang superbowl! If I was at home, I would have noticed this. I also would have had a better time downloading games.

I think Im going to build a mahjong only cabinet. Its probably worth it since there are over 100 mahjong games now. :) Im just kidding of course. No dedicated mahjong cab for me.
I thought mahjong was a simple game with very few rules/variations. Its like having 100 different versions of electronic checkers. How many checker games can you need....
Enough complaining. Last version brought us killer instinct and the version before area 51. So I can handle a few mahjong games thrown in to give me a breather. I can honestly say I'm not rushing out to get the latest set but if it falls into my lap or my donkey (wink wink) then I'll take it :P

I'd bet out of the 100 versions, there are actually only a handful that actually have different play. It's all about seeing different sets of pixelated boobies

Well, no dedicated mahjong cab for me, but but mahjong is more like poker. There are hundreds of variations of poker (5 card draw, 7 card stud, Texas Hold-em, etc), all with the same simple idea, but different rules. Same with mahjong. (Plus the gambling thing and the pairs/straights thing in poker & mahjong.)
Of course, limiting the game to 2 players (like most of the arcade games) removes most of the variations, but still, mahjong has way more variations than checkers.
However . . .

Have to agree with the boobies.
