I recently purchase this cab and I was wondering if anybody know the name of this cab? Does anybody know how to access the control panel?? I can't seem to figure out how to lift up the control panels to access the wiring. Any help would be appreciated. Candy Cab?
Not 100% sure...
look up candy cabs and you might find that it is one.

I know its a Candy Cab, But is there a specific name for it? Like there is the Neo Geo Candy 29, Candy 25. Taito Egret, Egret2. Etc Etc. This guy from another forum made a list of all the candy cabs that came out but he doesnt seem to have any Candy Cab made from Capcom.

The "Q" on the speaker is the giveaway-
it's a CPS cab with Qsound, almost certainly a BGS-25.

The arcade flyer says that the control panel can be easily replaced, to switch from
2-player to 3-player setups, so I think the whole CP is supposed to pop right off...
A Japanese friend told me that the cabs were released under the name "Q-Grandam"or
"Grandam-Q" and google guided me to this site:

Thr thread is a bit old, but member Jon Talbain seems to have the same setup as yours.

There's a post over in project announcements by Chainsaw that has the restoration of one of these. His site shows how it's taken apart:
