Title: J-PAC, keyboard reponse problem

Hey guys. Just got a j-pac, everything is hooked up properly that I know of. The video side of things is fine, but I have no response from the keyboard really. I can't type anything or use any button on the keyboard. When I go to use the joysticks and buttons, everytime I push a button down The Num, Caps and Scroll Lock LEDS flash. Same goes for using the joysticks, the LEDS flash on the keyboard. The only time I get the J-Pac to flash is when I press Player 2's 3rd button. I dunno, maybe someone can tell me what I need to do. When I tried to program it, all I got was a Timeout error in the WinIPAC programming utility. Thanks in advance!!!

You get it plugged in correctly?  Keyboard into keyboard, J-PAC into computer?
