Title: Need Specs for a Seeburg LS2 Juke
Post by: USSEnterprise on November 17, 2005, 05:09:05 pm
There's one on eBay, very close to where I am. At $100. Just looking for basic specs as far as media, power, and size. I am kind of perturbed that the plugs have been cut off. Guy says he got it at an estate sale.

Some specs from the "Seeburg Jukeboxes--60 Years of Fun" book by Frank Adams (book # R-400 from Victory Glass):

Production run: September 1968 thru June 1969

Cabinet key # F-205 (available from Victory Glass)

Height: 56 inches
Width: 41 inches
Depth: 28 inches
Weight: 435 pounds (cabinet has iron wheel castors which frequently are broken/dragging due to the heavy weight of this machine)

Plays: 45 rpm, 7 inch vinyl records AND can be intermixed with the 33-1/3 rpm, 7 inch vinyl "little LP" records

Last model to use electromechanical selection & credit system.

120 volt AC 60 Hz

Most parts are available from Victory Glass

I believe the amplifier puts out a wimpy 20 watts per channel. It is a stereo jukebox.
