Pedestal cabs are typically 32" or 36".   Value of the monitor depends on the features, like is it VGA only? digital controls? geometery good?

I picked up an NEC XV-29+ for $150.  Max res 1024 x 768,  27" viewable if that helps.  Too bad you're not in my area as I'm in the market for another one.

The larger the monitor, the cheaper you can find it locally as shipping prices are prohibative.  For example, I've seen 36" Gateway Destination VGA monitors sell locally for $100-$200...must pick up.

Yea, you should expect to get between $150-$200 for it.  I wish you were local to me, I would take a look.

Hey,

Anyone know of anywhere is Southern Cal that sells 27.5" VGA monitors that don't need isolation transformers.

If I could find one for less that $200 I think I'd cry tears of happiness.

Any help is truly appreciated.

$200-$250 is fair for a used 27" VGA.

Bobby,

I'm in CT, and I'd be interested in one if it's in good working order.  My cabinet died (read: broke apart/exploded) in the back of a uhaul, so I ahve to rebuild it, and the old monitor only had composite in.

I finally picked up two of these monitors. They were in storage over the winter.

I have tested both and they look good.
They are heavy = 95 lbs.
They are an inch too wide for my cabinet :(, with the weight I do not want to decase them.

More specs:
Width 26.5"
Height 19.5"
Depth 19.5"

Multivideo Labs Inc.

So I am looking to sell them. Would even consider a trade for one (one of these monitors for a 21" monitor and $50.00).

NOTE: On the back of monitor 2 there is another connector.
It says "The connector can only be connected to the power and signal connector of our vision box. Incorrect connection may cause device damage." It is a male connector.
