Title: User Accounts and MameWah
Post by: CartmanDP1 on November 13, 2005, 12:39:05 am
I have been trying to run MAMEWah as a shell and in searching have found out that I have to change something in User Accounts, but for some reason when I open it I get an error and it doesnt open and I dont know why. This may be more of a Windows question but I figured someone could help me here.

Can you tell us what the error is?  Does anythign come up in the mamewah.log, or even in the event viewer.  More info required (2k, XP, etc)

OK I have found the fix, i had to reinstall windows, i could now open the user accounts menu from the control panel so i could turn the welcome screen off. For some reason, as i have read on a few sites, this must be turned off in order to run MAMEWah as a shell.
