Title: MAMEWAH P2 Credits??

Can anyone advise me on how I put creits onto P2 using a MAMEWAH FE (for use with gauntlett) I have looked in the cntrlr file and cant find anything for either P1 or P2 credits????

Use the P2 coin button!  Start the game and the hit the tab key on your keyboard, this will bring up the menu in mame.  From there you should go to the inputs for that game and see what they say.

This is not a mamewah (frontend) setting, it's a MAME (emulator) setting.
By default the button is mapped to the "6" key I believe, otherwise follow the instructions in the post above.

adding credits via the keyboard is fine i know how to do that, where I am struggling is using mamewah in my cabinet as the FE and add credits via the cabinet, to add credits for player 1 you press player 1 start and player 1 button A, so how do i set this up for player 2 credit????

you panel buttons ultimately end up being translated into keys.
It still lsounds like you're confused between mamewah and mame.
Mamewah has nothing to do with credits, all it does it launch mame.
Look in your mame ctrlr file (not mamewah). if you're running a recent version of mame it's probably an XML file that list the key mappings for mame
