Title: Where could I find this kind of bracket?

I am looking for brackets like this to mount LED's.  Any help would be appreciated.

I think those may just be pieces of flat mounting/strapping metal that have been cut.  You can find that stuff in your local Home Depot or Lowes.

I can't find a picture of exactly what I'm talking about, but in the plumbing section of my local lowes you can spend $2 and get a roll of stuff that basically looks like this:
