Very nice, love the finish on it. Looking at it, it makes me believe that it should belong in a pool hall or a bar... but without the drunks ruining it.

looks good....
isn't that the Kensington Expert Mouse trackball hack. hows that working out for game play?

It looks great. The copper coin door really blends well with the finished wood.

It works pretty good, switching to a heavier cue ball improved the performance over the track ball. The Kensington is extremely easy to hack.

Looks great.
A hell of alot better than anything I put together would look.
Still have all your fingers and toes? :)

Yeah, I am a fan. Of course looking at my sig you can see why I am a bit biased in your favor. :) Right now I have a GT trackball hacked to a ps2 mouse, but I left room to mount a 2 1/4" Happs in the center one day if I feel like wasting more money. Not sure if I want to use a black ball like yours, or maybe try to find a marble-esque one. The only thing I could think of to add more jazz to your piece is some brass! Well done bro.

I've actually finished the control panel... 3 years later, lol.
I used an IDE to USB and a IDE to slim-line drive adapter for the DVD drive.
The USB ports are just a stripped 2 port USB hub.
In order to get the joystick port flush I actually have the male end facing out and use a gender changer for the joystick.
The audio ports are for head phones, mic, and line in, which I just used 3 1/8th mini-jack extension cables.
The knob controls the audio volume. I took apart a creative 5.1 audio control knob and put it back together around the wood.
