I'm interested is seeing what kind of non-emulation games folks use with their Arcade Controllers. I have a converted cab with a SlikStik controller, and besides the usual MAME games and console stuff, I've found some pretty good games that work well within my setup.
Here are some of the current non-emulation games I have running:
All games are PC/WinXP.
Crazy Taxi
Guilty Gear X
Atari Warlords
Ricochet (Arkanoid on steroids)
EA Sports - NHL 2003 and NBA 2003
Golden Tee Golf
Links 2003
Tiger Woods Golf 2003
I look forward to hearing what others are doing...

How are you controlling console games with your SlikStik? Maybe I shouldn't make that assumption that you are, but it sounds like it to me.
First person shooters should be interesting on an arcade setup. Especially if you went with a trackball for aiming, and a stick for moving. Shooting, jumping, and other actions might be a touch difficult, though.

"All games are PC/WinXP."
I would assume from this he means he is running the PC version of these games.

Yeah,
All the games are the PC versions... They run incredible smooth and control configuration is a breeze...
I also have a few FPS's running as well - Medal of Honor, Wolfenstein, and BF1942. It takes a while to get used to the trackball (right hand) for looking, and the left joystick for moving, but it's not bad... Definately can't play Deathmatches, but single player mode is decent.
Do you have any games you recommend? Has anyone tried Dragon's Lair 3D using a Jamma Cabinet?
Regards,
/Steve

Worms World Party
I play online and 2 player hot seat games.
This game rocks with th 3" T-ball for control.
I also play the "You don't know Jack" games
although I do have to use a batch file to remap the
buttons on the I-pac when starting and exiting the game
and use the pull out keyboard drawer to answer some of the questions.

Yes, I saw that, but he also mentions "the usual console stuff", so... ya know. :)
My mistake. :)

oh and you don't know jack is a great triva game. I went on an ebay raid to get 6 of the games.

I was thinking of putting You Don't Know Jack in mine, but the problem is that it requires a keyboard for the Gibberish Questions.

RF keyboard, just get it out when your playing with Jack. ;D

Here one to try..... Remember Kaboom! for the 2600? Here's a remake done by Shane at Retro Gaming Radio.... You can use the spinner of Trackball to control the buckets...

Where is a good place to find blitz on pc?
I've looked around at comp usa and places like that (not electronic boutique yet, that's probably my best bet). I haven't found a store that stocks it yet.

I bought blitz from www.purplus.com
It was like $5.
I jsut checked their website, and it's on sale now, only $4.36!
I'll attempt to paste the link here:
http://store.yahoo.com/purplus/gamesntoz.html
I've ordered from these guys a few times and never had an issue.
One word of warning about blitz for the PC. It doesn't like using the CTRl and ALT keys for controls. I ended up re-configuring my IPAC and using a custom controller set-up in mame. It was a slight pain to change everything over, but now that I did even Zinc works for me!
