Title: I can't switch the 4-way/8-way happ joystick

I have two Happ's Super Controllers, and i dont get how the switch to 4-way... I've read that you turn the hour glass shaped piece of plastic over on the underside, but as far as i can tell you can still make diagonal movements, i.e. you can still depress both switches at the same time.  Am I doing something wrong?

No.

Thge supers will still allow you to move in the diagonals, but it is harder to hit two switches at once.  I'd suggest either the restrictor plates or joysticks like the ones http://www.ultimarc.com is now offering.  I got one of the 8/4-way ball-top joysticks & the switch takes less than 3 seconds(assuming you have extremely easy access to the bottom of the joystick.  ;D
