Title: wavy display that settles after few minutes

i tried my frogger machine the other day and noticed something strange... when first turned on the graphics was waving. but after about 5 minutes everything settled down and was fine.

also when opened the back and listenned to monitor it was hissing quite loudly

is that normal?

Sounds like the flyback is about to blow up.
