Since it seems that the answer to about 90% of the problems people have around here are to install a cap kit, I was a bit perplexed as to why there wasn't a sticky about installing capkits, and more importantly, where to get them.
I've done a bunch of searching around the forums here, most point to Bob Roberts (http://www.therealbobroberts.com/), but since his site is apparently gone, I was wondering if anyone had any info about places to buy capkits. I found Al's Guide to Installing a Cap Kit (http://www.alsarcade.com/capkit.htm) somewhere, which mentioned Zanen's Get Well Kits (http://randyfromm.com/amusements/yellowpages/zanen/), are there any other places that anyone can recommend?
Anyone have any other tips for a beginner considering the installation of his first cap kit?

Bob Roberts is still up, I believe he had some trouble with the domain - I dont have the link on hand, but I'm sure someone else would be glad to assist there. I was a beginner (well, I still am) when I did my first cap kit a couple months ago, installing one is pretty easy as long as you use common sense... I'd never used a soldering iron before and I got by OK, as long as you check the polarities of the caps (I checked mine 3 or 4 times each) then you should be alright! I know it seems like a daunting task, but as long as you're careful and spend some time making sure you have good solder joints then its all good! Make sure they're discharged first though, or you could get a nasty shock if you're monitors been on recently. As far as getting them, I'm in the UK so I used http://www.swallowamusements.co.uk to get mine.
EDIT: Oh, forgot about discharging the anode! =) I used a long flat-head screwdriver that I borrowed from my dad, along with some AC wire I stole from my old (dead) soldering iron to discharge - just attached it to the metal braid and to my screwdriver, and slid it underneath - no pop, no spark, nothing. Which is weird, as when I was discharging one of the cap's on the neckboard (200v) I got a bang and a lot of sparks! o.O

I need a cap kit, and the links were great, except that I don't see anything with Bob's, and Zanen's looks like it has what I need, but his number doesn't seem to work. (perhaps it's because I'm calling from Canada. Anyone know his non toll free number, or anyone here in Canada selling these kits?
