Ok. I'm getting all the bits & pieces for a pushbutton set order, and I would like to get some feedback on this kind of buttons you can find at Arcadeshop (http://www.arcadeshop.de/index.php). Never seen them before, and I was wondering what would be the quality & feel of these ones: White/green pushbutton (http://www.arcadeshop.de/product_info.php?cPath=24_79_72&products_id=296).
Also available in red, blue and yellow.
Anyone tested/used/seen them?
Too bad my favourites are the illuminated pushbuttons, those are damn expensive. I've grown used to 44 mm round illuminated ones; a bit big but you can get 32 mm ones. They have very short travel and are pretty fast. I hate standard arcade pushbuttons in comparison. So don't even suggest. ::)

Everything in that shop looks a bit over priced to me..... I think you'd be better off scouting round ebay or at least looking outside of Germany.
The buttons you mention there look very like Japanese machine buttons and they are available elsewhere for less money. Shop around would be my advice.

Just pointing out for those NordeAmericanos who don't follow the link in the OP ... he is not referring to Steve Gregory and Arcadeshop Amusements ... I got a little bent out of shape at Fozzy's comments (and was kinda surprised that Steve would stock flashy buttons) until I realized that the OP is referring to Arcadeshop.de, not Arcadeshop.com.

Yeah, Arcadeshop "Deutschland".
And sure, I can order from Industrias Lorenzo. But that doesn't means I'm going to get better prices. Distribution pricing is for distributors, not for regular lads who stand the usual ripoff. You can actually buy T-sticks and standard pushbuttons for slightly less at Ultimarc, for example.
But I'll probably call them, cos being "the source" means they have everything in all kind of flavours: colours, microswitches and all kind of sub-assembly variants. For example, you can select from SAIA, Crouzet, Honeywell or Cherry microswitches for pushbuttons.
BTW, I've bought one of these SNK control panels (http://cgi.ebay.es/SNK-original-rotary-joystick-panel-extras-RARE_W0QQitemZ6221497971QQcategoryZ13718QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem#ebayphotohosting) for its LS-30's. The buttons are included but don't know if those would be worth getting parts to repair them, if at all possible. What do you guys think?
