Title: How do I change a forum Subject Line?

I have a post over at Project Announcements. How do I change the subject line to appear updated in the forum listing?

Example:  Original forum subject  (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=43011.0) says "Pez theme arcade". My last post from today says "Pez theme arcade **update Oct 20**".

How can I get it to display the change on the main Project Announcements page? Or is that a non-end user function?

'Edit' the first post...and change the subject line there.
