This wonderfull nintendo 64 emulator "Project 64" runs like a charm on my cab but needed a small tweak to make sure it will exit when pressing the "esc" key. You will need to install the full version first (grab it from http://www.pj64.net/) and then replace it with this exe.

Disclaimer; I just followed a post on the pj64 forum on how to decompress the exe and edit the resources. I am not claiming any credit for it, other than following this post and making the executable available. http://www.emutalk.net/project64/15713-how-remap-escape-key-exit-program-print.html

Nice Find!

So this eliminates the need of a wrapper?

Depends on what the wrapper does. This allows you to exit with the ESC key.

Just for information, my FE (Atomic) allows to exit almost all emulators using the ESC key even if the emulator does not allow that.

Hmmmm. It works when I select a game for the first time, but when I exit, go back to Mamewah, and select another N64 game, it hangs on me. Could someone post their ini file so I can see what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.
