Arial.

Pretty sad, really... seeing as how I'm a designger... user interface one at that. Cobblers shoes.. you know how that goes.

I may eventually try out FFF business, 04bit, and xpdr01..... pixel fonts.

I used the default one in Jcrouse's mamewah layouts but then I switched to Tahoma with a different layout. I think it looks pretty nice.

Arial in advmenu at 768x576 (using a special build that removes interlace flicker)

If a skin is built correctly, the author should include the proper font and it should match in theme with with rest of the skin.  So unless you are running game launcher what font you are useing typically is whatever font it came with.

"Slicker" font - very nice and clean. Its free too - http://www.abstractfonts.com/fonts/static_Letters/S_5.html

I messed about with loads of fonts but none of them looked right. Eventually I stumbled on a post here somewehere that mentioned Slicker.

Hope that helps.

Buks

Incidentally, "Slicker" is the font that comes with GameLauncher.
