Title: Hooking Operation Wolf / Thunderbolt gun to A-Pac? (force feedback motor)
Post by: jhanson on October 11, 2005, 07:47:01 am
I am currently working on a project where I am trying to hook up a positional gun from an Operation Wolf / Operation Thunderbolt cabinet to an A-PAC.  I have the trigger and grenade button figured out, and think I know what I'm doing with the pots for the positional movement, but there's two extra wires that I'm not sure what to do with.  I believe they are the wires for the motor that controls the force feedback.  One is orange, and the other is yellow with a red stripe.

Does anyone have any clue how I should hook up those 2 wires?  I would like to at least test the force feedback and see if it works.  I would love to be able to have it kick once when you push the grenade button and/or trigger.

Apac doesn't have a hookup for these (none do).  There is someone who hacked them into a keyboard led and hacked a mame version to turn the keyboard led's to trigger them.

Anyone remember who did this?
