Title: A quick question before I buy a TB

Using the MameRoom Designer tool, I bought a panel that was pre-cut for a "Happ Controls 3" Dia" TB. Is this the same as an "Atari Replacement TB Units Midi"? As in, would that fit in the hole? Also, would I have any problems interfacing in with a mini-Pac?
