wait, you ar just wanting to run a snes emu on the dreamcast?  Is this in an arcade cabinet?

If not then why not use a dreamcast controller?

I'd suggest that you go read the recent threads about this in the Consoles forum. You don't need an IPAC to connect a Dreamcast to a CP.

If you want to connect both a Dreamcast and a PC to the same CP, this recent thread (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=43646.0) will help you.
