Title: Help: Printing Vinyl Recommendations

Can I get recommendations for the best type and thickness of printing vinyl for screen-printing side-art, as well as the best places to get it?

Thickness? I'm not sure on that one...

but i've heard numerous people say they have had their vinyl printed at Kinko's.
