Title: RESOLVED.. vertical line down middle of WG K4600
Post by: BenDalton on October 04, 2005, 02:53:23 pm
So, I have a 19k4655 monitor that I just got, a T64 Blade video card @ 15hz, and now my display just has a vertical line going down it. The monitor his mounted horizontally. The line, with no video signal, is about 1/2 inches across, and with video it is about 1/5 an inch.

Help! Any ideas?

Thanks!
-Ben

If you have a single vertical line, I believe that is a loss of horizontal deflection (experts can correct me if im wrong), you seem to be missing a yoke wire there (only 3 ??) which would explain that

After some help from CW in the IRC channel, I figured out that that (the ground wire which was disconnected from the yoke) was indeed the issue.

Thanks!
