I've got a 4600 monitor that looks decent, (cap kit recently installed).
If it's powered on alone, it looks great, but when it's in a room with other games.
(My karate champ for example), it goes all wavy, even when I move it up to 8 feet away.
A g07 in the same cab has no problems.
I also placed it next to my robotron (that also has a 4600) and the robotron's 4600 went wavy along with the first one.
Are these models just really sensitive to interference? Should I get a new ac filter for the cab?
Thanks.

The 4600 uses a metal shield around most of the picture tube. So does the G07. By chance are these metal shields missing from the 4600's?
Are all the cabinet frame grounds hooked up properly?

Bingo, both 4600 are shieldless.
Both are conversion/junker monitors that had been hacked upon.
I'll have to dig up some shields before I put it back in a cab.
