btw I used the coolerguys fan grills.... mounted them under the laminate... no visible bolts they look AWESOME!  Because they are raised they are about perfectly flush with the laminate.  Use a 4.5" hole saw.

I'm sorry... I'm an idiot... I used the metal mesh fan grills for my speakers, not a fan.
