hi all as the subject says i was wundering if there was any free software that lets you create a control panle layout and artwork?

For layout, checkout CP Sketcher. Go to www.CreditButton.net.tc and click on the CP Sketcher section. The program allows you to create a layout using real parts and then output a list with their positions.
