Title: Ultimate or Universal stick 4 fighting games?

Again I need some advice. I am building an arcade stick for my PSX. I intend on using it for fighting games primarily. 4 This reason Diagonals r very important but so are the other 4 directions.
So which stick would b better considering that I am going 2 b using it 4 fighting games. and diagonals play a crucial role.

right n0w I am thinking the Ultimate would b my best bet.
If I am wrong please tell me

I personally like Competition best.... if you check backwards, there should be at least a couple of msgs discussing different sticks.... check around...

Best for fighting games?  Happs Perfect 360's.  Reason?  Full joystick rotation without internal interferance, noise or extra moving parts.

Perfect 360's are used on the most top-end modern fighting games like Tekken 4.
