Title: gorf display problem

please see attached photo

any ideas what component(s) could be faulty and causing this? think something up with the game board

everything else seems fine - game plays well except for the interference
scrolling down on the left and right of the screen.

dont think it is RAM board - a while ago i tried the RAM cards in another working Gprf and it was fine.

Do sprites move into those areas? Maybe the monitor setting should be widened to move that junk off the edges.
