Title: Kudos for Ultimarc and Andy

I have been continually impressed with Andy's products and his service. 

I had ordered a Optipac and it was missing a serial cable (probably my own fault as it sat for a couple of months before considering installing it), sent Andy an email and within a few days I had a replacement.

Sold the Optipac to a fellow board member who had some problems with it and Andy sent him a replacement board.

Ordered an ArcadeVGA video card.  Apparently it was one of a batch that were bad.  Andy sent a new one prior to receiving my old one.

Just ordered a console convertor from him on Monday and I just received it.  Wow!!! :o

I really appreciate the service and standing behind his product.

yep...i'm the one that got the bum opti...andy is indeed the best in the biz...did i mention i got the replacement in ny from the uk in like 4 days? wow!

I guess I'm on the other end of the stick.  I've been waiting for 12 days for a replacement for a bad xbox monitor adapter... ??? 

Hopefully he didn't forget about me...

London is eight hours ahead of us on the West Coast but he has responded within 24 hours of each of my messages.

Also thumbs up on Andy & Ultimarc.

I got a Mini-PAC awhile ago and it had missing/broken pins.
Andy sent a replacement one and I received it within a week.  :laugh:
