Hello,

Do you guys have any idea what font this is? It's from an original Rally-X control panel.

Closest thing I have is Groove Machine and Gravity Sucks.  Maybe you can start with one of those, convert it to outlines and tweak till it looks right.

What I usually do in this situation is create my own. Many of the font programs allow you to use a jpg image as a background and then create your own font using vector methods. It's quite easy. I have created four or five logos this way for MameWAH layouts.

Post an inquiry in the comp.fonts newsgroup, and be sure to include a link to the picture. There are many font experts who regularly read the group, and some are always helping people identify fonts.
