What do you guys recommend in a 27" television? I want the price to be low (between $200 to $300), but I also want the picture to be decent. From browsing around I see many different options (some of which I don't even know what they are) but I am not sure which one to go with to get the most bang for my buck. I don't think I would get much for under $200 :)
I plan on using an ATI graphics card (not sure which one yet) with S-Video. TIA for your suggestions!

THis is just one mans opinion but I'm pretty happy with my Toshiba. It ran me about $260. It pincushions a bit when displaying an all white screen, but is otherwise fine. I had a Sharp at first that pincushioned so bad it was unusable on some games. The Toshiba has been completely playable and the bending is only noticeable on certain games that I rarely play.
I'm probably going to go to a Wells Gardner D9200 anyway, but only because I want the arcade quality tube. I'll use the Toshiba for my console game systems.

Many people recommend Apex for a cheap S-Video TV in that size range. I recently purchased a 24" as a replacement for my TV TV (not gamecab TV) and the picture is very nice for the money.
I read somewhere on this board that Apex emphasizes picture at expense of sound--and I find this to be true. On my model it has SVid and 2 sets of RCA inputs + RCA Output for $160--but the built in sound is mono only. Weird setup but you will be hard pressed to find a TV with all of those input/output features for 1/2 the price. When I was at Circuit City they had 27" Apex for $200 with all the trimmings listed above.
