Title: cables wires - spagetti junction
Post by: darthbane2k on September 20, 2005, 05:20:12 am: How are you guys securing cables and wires from your PC. soound system and marquee etc at the back of your cabinet. The lower part of my cab has no back in order for adequate ventilation, however I have cables dangling there and would like to know the best way to keep them in place. Do you guys use wire ties,cable tidys or good old fashoned thick tape?

You can get these cheap at most dollar stores.

Post by: Luckydevil on September 21, 2005, 12:56:46 am: i use hand staple gun to place small staples where i need them and then ziptie the wires/cables to the staples. keeps it clean looking and that is the way they did it originally also.

Post by: darthbane2k on September 21, 2005, 06:58:22 am: actually, in the end I just opted to use gaffer tape, its strong and holds the wires down well although it does look messy!
