Title: Is there any really easy guide to AdvanceMAME, MENU, CAB?

Trying to get it working with my arcade monitor, no luck yet but I wondered if there was a nice quick comprehensive guide to getting it all setup.

No.
And that's the honest truth. I messed around with it until I came to the conclusion that my time is not worth it. I shelled out for an ArcadeVGA instead. (And keep in mind, I'm no dummy. I've been using PCs since my teens, building them since the mid-90's, and I even know how to program my own games. But that piece of software just has a steep learning curve.)
