Last night I recapped my WG4616 monitor, today I got the iso transformer and video inputs all wired up, and I just tested to see if the thing would power on. It did, and I left it on for about a minute to see if anything would happen. 90% of the time it was dark (as it should be I imagine), but with no input signal I got one instance of blue horizontal lines for 1-2 seconds. And then a couple instances of green horizontal lines. I'm gonna try an input signal shortly (I have to get AdvanceMAME, and set it up for the proper output.) But any idea what the lines might be? I heard this monitor is notorious for loose daughterboards. And also, my cap kit did not come with a replacement pot. I'll reply again when/if I can get a signal working on it...

Only the capkits purchased from Zanen Electronics include this high failure pot for the video interface board.

Well I bought a kit from Bob Roberts which had the pot. I assume it's still underwater. Since I already bought this other kit, and installed all 20 components, hard to switch now. If I need the pot I'll get one somehow. I'll see what other symptoms it has when I try a signal in a couple hours...
