Title: k7000 Question

I have a wells Gardner k7000 monitor
The problem I have  is the picture is out of focus or fuzzy.
I did install a new cap kit and that fixed the washed out colors but the
fuzz is the same.  I have adjusted the focus knob but that did not fix the problem.
Any ideas?

You need to connect the picture tube to a picture tube restorer/analyzer to test it's condition. Most of those types of testers can check the focus section of the tube. Sometimes the focus can be repaired by 'zapping' the tube on a rejuvenator (a.k.a. restorer/analyzer).
