This is the little board that drives the EL panels which light up from game to game in a Neo Geo cab, does anyone have a schematic, or a parts list for it? Mine is melted I'd post this at neo-geo dot com forums, but they won't activate my account for some reason. They're a wee tad insane, anyways.
Here's a picture - http://hardmvs.com/images/parts/MV-ELAsm.jpg
I'll take some up close shots of the components I cant id myself when I get home, there's a funny catipillar looking thing, looks like a tantalum cap with 12 legs or so, right to the left of the ICs in that pic.. i suspect, though, that replacing the ICs (easy enough, 74LSxx parts) and the melted transformer will do the trick - its marked D3-016, can anyone tell me how I go about finding a suitable replacement?

I can't help you with schematics, but I believe the "funny catipillar looking thing" is a resistor network. It's marked CRE401-93.
Good Luck

I don't have a schematic, but I kinda mapped it out a long time ago. All the info I have from that project can be found

and
Neo Geo MVS LED Install Using MV-ELA (instead of ELA panels) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lrsxJmTytto#)
There are a bunch of chip PDF's at the bottom of that first link.
And, I know this is a really old question, but I figure others may search for the same thing at times. Maybe this will help.
