Man, what are you upgrading to? A Cray?  :P

That's a nice system at a fair price, good luck with the sale.

Would you consider selling the video card by itself?

I could give you a TI4200 to fill the void.  =)

It IS cheap.  Very good price for that system.

But... $200.00 is a decent price for that card, I'd take it.

They are 275ish elsewhere new.

If you sell it, I can hook you up with the older Geforce.  Lemme know.

Nice!  Let me guess; you're either a hardcore BF2 player or you're future-proofing for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.  Am I right?

Not to thread poison but ...

This is why I quit trying to keep up with the latest games!

I personally got tired of buying a new system every 6 months just to be able to
play the latest games.

I remember paying 250.00 for a TNT2 Ultra then 200+ for a Geforce 1
then 200+ for a Geforce TI4200 ...

Now, I have decided forget it!  I paid 150 for an Xbox.

Forget PC gaming.

Yes, but not NEAR as good nor runs as smooth as say a 9800 pro or 6800gt or higher would.. ;)

I dont generally rebuild my entire machine every 6 months.. just video cards.. and well, its not a 'huge' loss seeing as i almsot always resell my current card at a decent price (for both people) so i normally only fork out half the cost of a "new" uber card..

I also have an xbox, but IMO nothing  compairs to a keyboard and mouse for 90% of the games out there..

Yep, i bought WoW, the 6800GTs came out, noticed i couldnt play in full AA, said "Meh" and bought my current Video card..

Its such a shame.. i used to not be such a detail whore, then i got my taste of "top of the line" with my 9800pro (like week 1 release) and i never looked back at midrange.. Tho this 6800GT is no slouch by any means, its just, well, not "OMGWTFPWNHUGEE-PEENGODLIKE" anymore :(

Thanks for the comments :)

Now someone gimme money  :P

Ditto :-(

The 6800 series is dropping fast though, I may have to pick one of those up.  But I'm also gonna need a new board for PCI-E, and might as well get a new processor, and another gig of ram...  it never ends.  Maybe I'll just grab an Xbox360 and be done with it.
