Awe....thread edited. I was hoping for a higher Post Hell count.
Anyhow, while we're at it, here's a video comparing Bush's current speaking ability to that which he possessed only ten years ago. You tell me if there is anything funny about this guy?

"Too many OBGYNs aren't able to practice their love with women all across the country" It should be funny, and would be if someone else were president.

We would never have known about that misspeak if not for the glory of Al Gore's inventiveness.
-
I never thought I'd say this, but I want the Bush of 10 years ago...not this "Dubya" we've got now. Seriously. What happened?
If we have to be stuck with him, why can't he at least speak as well as he used to? :(

Your avatar looks like the OsamaBush posted above.
-
I would imagine it's easy to speak when you 're not responsible for America.
-
The President of the United States is responsible for a large percentage of Earth, not just the US.
With each passing year, it is a reduced percentage, but the US still leads much of this planet socially, economically, and geopolitically.

I thought the same thing. That guy was actually very well spoken, seemingly thoughtful, and very lucid. Didn't even seem like the same person.

Indeed.
And the parts we don't lead, we can turn to glass on a whim.

Glass is pretty in the morning.
I think Iran would look very nice flat, black, and reflective.
-
Totally not appropriate, and my sympathies to those in New Orleans, but I laughed.

I don't think this is in bad taste. It is making fun of Bush not the victims. I for one appreciate the humour.

god i love photoshop

Is that your final solution?
And people wonder why right wingers get compared to Nazis.

I took it as a joke.

Settle dudes.
It may have arguably been in bad taste, but I don't believe interpreting the comment as being intentionally malicious is necessary.

How can that comment be interpreted as anything but intentionally malicious?
Seriously, I just don't get it. If someone wrote that they wished all US citizens or all Israelis were dead, people would be all over the statement, calling it hate speech, etc. "Just Joking" wouldn't cut it as an excuse.
Yet when the statement is about another country, it is okay? Like I said, I just don't get it. And I think statements like that invite comparisons with people who advocated and attempted genocide.

I just don't believe the comment was genuine. It is like saying fat chicks shouldn't be allowed to reproduce. The comment is not tasteful and perhaps hurtful if your a fat chick, but nobody would really believe fat chicks don't deserve to have children.
Sorry, very vague comparison but I think it illustrates my point. Sometimes too much thought can be put into deciphering these off-the-cuff comments.
Cheers.

We wouldn't tolerate such comments directed against Israel. But since Iran is the bugaboo of the moment, it is okay?
Seriously, why make excuses for this ---manually-censored---?
-
I acknowledge your response and I do understand your point. It is valid, albeit a little sensitive in my opinion, but at this moment I am electing to take the back seat.

Besides, you wouldn't want to nuke it anyway.
Waste of a perfectly good bomb, and would only make it tougher to take the oil.
What good is a war if we can't steal the women and rape the horses?
Er...
Oh, heck, at least pillage. The pirates might have had it right.
I assumed it was a joke.
Just another example of the state of pussification the world is leaning towards. Noone can say anything anymore in this state of political correctness.

Precisely. We wouldn't REALLY nuke someone, because it ruins the land.

Damn skippy.

Like the oil we have taken from Iraq? Where is that oil now, anyway?
What good is a war if we can't steal the women and rape the horses?
People don't need war to rape and steal. They are doing it just fine in New Orleans right now. Some people will rape and steal any way they can rationalize it.
Since I have offended someone, I will amend my statement.
Let's implement the state of Louisiana's disaster evacuation plan in Iran, and then turn it into a ceramic landscape.

The Chinese are perfecting how to get rid of the people, and keep the land. Its true, I read it on BYOAC... ;)
