highway in australia has the sideart here (http://www.highway.net.au/parts/cabinet_stickers/785.html) and the control panel here (http://www.highway.net.au/parts/cabinet_stickers/781.html). hope it helps.

They don't have the control panel stickers anymore because I bought them yesterday...  sorry.

Might be able to send you a scan of them after they arrive if you get really desperate.

By the way, that place is in australia and shipping costs suck.
