Hello,
I have an astro city control panel, and I just bought a sanwa joystick with the metal mounting plate.
However, the mounting plate and the area that I should mount the joystick under my control panel do not line up.
Does anyone know what i'm doing wrong?
Here are some pictures to help explain.
The first picture is where I'm mounting the joystick.
The second is a picture with the sanwa mounting plate.
The third picture is of the mounting plate, where i'm mounting it, and my previous joystick.

So the original sticks are held in with just 2 bolts?
Looks like you may need to make a new mounting plate, or could you use the plate from the old sticks?

i thought of that, but the old mounting plates don't work on the sanwa sticks

In that case I would make a new mounting plate, using the centre holes of the new plate for a guide. You could also use the old plate as a template for where to put the mounting holes.

The Astro panel has the built in mount. Sanwa's are held in with just the two screws/bolts
