Holy cow, I haven't played that game in years!

When I used to LAN game back in the early 3D FPS days, Soldat was always there as a backup whenever you got 3D overload.  Very fast and very fun with lots of players on a LAN.

Pity he doesn't have a Linux version, or I would still be playing.  I'm fairly sure his original version was OpenGL, but it looks like he's switched to D3D now.

yeah, soldat is a really cool game, have been playing it for over a year now, 1.3.0 is really cool because it has (allmost) full weapon modding

as for linux, doubtfull seeeing as it is written in delphi

actually I thought there was a linux clone of it. Maybe try google?
