They have terrible shipping.  They charge you full price for shipping and then ship everything via MediaMail which they shouldn't do because they aren't shipping media.  I ordered a few buttons from them once and it took 3-4 weeks before I ever got them.  Others have had lots of problems with them too.  They used to go under the handle www-kidsplaythings-cc and have now changed their handle to arcadeemulators.  Try searching the forums and you will find several negative reviews of them.

Also if you give them a neutral feedback on ebay they often times will give you negative feedback.  Pretty harsh.

If you are going to buy on Ebay then the two most reliable sellers are TornadoTerry (http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZtornadoterrysdotQQhtZ-1) and 123Gumby123 (http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZ123gumby123QQhtZ-1).  Both of those guys are distributers for Happs and can pretty much get you anything from the Happ catalog.  They are very reliable and have many great reviews.

Also there is PonyBoy (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=36770.0).  He doesn't sell on ebay but is more like the BYOAC Forum official Happ Distributor.  He has a Stickied Thread in the Buy/Sell/Trade forum and is also very reliable.

on a separate issue:  if someone doesn't have 99.9% positive feedback, do not buy from them unless you can deal with subpar, bootleg products.
