I've got a few of these. They are well hacked and hot glued for extra security. 25.00 each shipped. I have one running on a Perfect 360 and one on a Competition joystick. Both work great. Will also work on Japanese joysticks. Here are some pics

I left the wires long enough so you can cut them down to size.
