Title: What Ms Pacman rom is this?

At work we got in a cocktail cabinet the other day, it has three games in it, Galaga, Frogger and Ms Pacman.

Anyway, the Ms Pacman game also says Pacgal and instead of dots it has hearts, other than that it would seem to play exactly like the rom MSPACMAN.

Does anybody know which rom this could be?

I know it's not the following roms PACGAL or MSCHAMP.

The hearts chip repaces 5e.  So what you have is the pacgal set with the heart chip.  You should be able to find it in pacmame.

well there is also my favorite version of mspac, which is ms pacman championship edition. everything is super fast, and all pellets are hearts

Which MsPacMan ROM has the option to have MsPacMan go in turbo speed, but the ghosts are still in normal speed?  I only ever saw one cabinet like that a long time ago and never again.  I know there are dip switches available in the regular MsPacMan ROM but it only changes the speed of the entire game....

That also is a chip.  You want the fast chip.  It replaces 6f. You can make your own if you have a hex editor and can google.  I think it's included in mame already though.  It used to be a dip in the cheat menu, but it doesn't really make sense to support seperate roms as cheats just because they are only 2 bytes different so it was decided to split it up.
