Any idea where I can find a new set of 2" leg levelers for a cab?

LOL I guess it's not so bad if you're already buying a kit from them. The shipping on it would come out to virtually free.

I can sell you a set of 4 for $5, plus shipping. They come without T-nuts. Shipping should be much, If you are interested just e-mail support@dreamacades.com with your complete address and we'll give you a shipping quote.

I think these are the straight kind, but they have a couple of degrees of give in them. Also, they are the larger size, not the small rinkey dink ones.

Your leg levelers when out in the mail today. I found some t-nuts and included them at no charge.
