Title: Vision Pro II: Neck-board Assembly/Fly-back transformer?

I am about to purchase a Vision Pro II monitor from Happs.  On the ordering page they also list something called a Neck-board Assembly and a Fly-back transformer.  Do I need those as well or are they just replacement parts?

Those are simply replacement/repair parts.
