Built this about six months ago on the cheap.

Cool! What a great little machine. And it's portable, too!

It looks nice, I was planning to do a bartop cab. That was before I was given 2 more stand up cabs. Now I'm just working on converting those. I might get back to the bartop one of these days.

Thanks for the comments. I wouldn't call it portable (85 pounds and awkward to carry) but it is much easier to move than my first project based on Lusid's plans. After moving that thing twice, I just took a hammer to it when it was time to move again. Everyone thought I was crazy, but it just gave me a reason to start a new project. I like building better than playing.

I think your crazy for smashing it. If you couldn't sell it you should have at least found a friend that would have been happy to take it.

I didn't have any friends that were interested and once I stripped it, it was just a few pieces of particle board and some paint. All the controls and coindoor went into http://my.v-home.ws/~davwil/upright/ (http://my.v-home.ws/~davwil/upright/). The TV ended up in my living room.
