Title: SF2 Hyper Fight (Problem)

lol just read about the other SF2
iam no way related tot hat one
lol

but...

i just got SF2 Hyper fight

it comes on
had whiteish yellowish vertical lines
and the oriantation is upside down,

on the 2nd board
(what i assume the ram or whateva is in)
numbers 14-17 and 24-28 are all missing chips
plus
positiion 9 has a smaller chip which doesnt fit it the slot

i'll try and take a pic but its not looking likely
anyone one who can help would be greatly apreciated as iam dying to try and play it

p.s i have a 1 board Bootleg SF CE(rainbow(not working))
would there be anything on that board i could use?

ok maybe this can help,
on the C board there is not battery
not even a cradle for a battery
and....

position 20 has no chip
but 21 22 and 23 have labeled HF (hyper fight i guess)
would this have any affect?

Is this a CPS2 board or CPS1?
