Title: How to post mpegs on the boards

I can make mpegs on my camcorder, how do I post them so everyone can see them.  I want to show Silver and the community things like the betabrite in action and just show other stuff on the cabinet in general.  Do I have to host the videos somewhere, and if so, any recommendations?  Is it as simple as uploading to a host, like pictures, or is there more to it?

Hosting them somewhere would work, I think zipping works as well.

Edit: zipping won't work, but you can change the file extension to .txt, and specify that it must be renamed.

Yay for me!  I'm looking forward to showing mpegs of progress and issues instead of trying to explain it by typing.  Bonus!
